JUSTICE JAVED IQBAL WANI, JUDGE ORDER 14.05.2025 In the instant petition, the petitioner has alleged non-compliance of order dated 22.11.2010, passed in SWP No. 2646/2010, whereby the respondents came to be directed to consider the petition as representation for redressal of the grievances projected in the petition. Compliance report has been filed by the respondents, accompanied by the consideration order dated 12.12.2024, wherein it is being inter alia stated that the petitioner’s case was examined and found to be devoid of merit and not in consonance with the Rules governing the field. Be that as it may, neither the petitioner nor his counsel has appeared on two previous dates, as a consequence whereof, the contempt notice issued is recalled and proceedings are closed, with liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the contempt petition within two weeks from today, in case, the cause survives.
