CMP No.31897 of 2025 Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record a communication dated 10.04.2026, issued by the Deputy Director School Education (Elem) Una, District Una, H.P. The same is taken on record. A perusal of this communication reveals that the mandate contained in the judgment dated 07.04.2025, passed in CWP No.5081 of 2025, titled, Neelam Kumari vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Others, has been duly complied with and the petitioner has been allowed higher pay scale of ₹40,100/- in the concerned level of pay matrix (Level 9, cell 5), after completion of two year regular service, subject to the final outcome of the LPA filed by the State in Mohit Sharma’s case. Accordingly, the application filed by the applicant/petitioner for revival of execution petition has rendered infructuous. However, it is made clear that in case the financial benefits are not released in favour of the applicant/petitioner within eight weeks from today, the applicant/petitioner shall be at liberty to file fresh application for revival of the execution petition.
