This Court, vide order dated 28.06.2024, passed in MCRC No.4516 of 2024, while rejecting the bail to the applicant, namely, Poshan Singh, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from ANURADHA TIWARI Digitally signed by ANURADHA TIWARI Date: 2025.01.08 18:01:54 +0530 2 the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Balodabazar (C.G.) has sent his request letter dated 20.12.2024 for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that leanred Special Judge (NDPS Act), Balodabazar has requested to extent some time for disposal of the case. Hence, a prayer is made for extension of time in conclusion of the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
