V VINOD K REDDY (SC FOR ZP MPDO GP) The Court made the following: 3 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION NO: 14810/2020 ORDER: The case of the petitioners herein is that even though the proceedings were issued for construction of Village Secretariat in respect of Rampadu and Uppalur Gram Panchayat by respondent No.2 herein, but so far, no construction was taken place. Hence, the Writ Petition. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is observed that on 16.09.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and the matter is posted to 18.09.2025, under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. On 18.09.2025, learned counsel for the petitioners sought time for getting latest instructions. But, today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3. Pending the Writ Petition, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 7 submitted written instructions, wherein it is stated that the Village Secretariat, Rythu Bharosa Kendram and wellness center were constructed in Sy.No.103A, Obulapuram habitation of Rampadu Gram Panchayat. Since, the said construction is completed in the year 2022 and the Village Secretariat is functioning since 06.04.2022, the claim of the petitioners is redressed. 4 4. In view of the written instructions furnished by the learned Standing Counsel, it is clear and categorical that the Village Secretariat had been constructed at Obulapuram in compliance of the memo dated 11.01.2021 and also prayed by the petitioner. As such, the claim of the petitioner was fully addressed/redressed and no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
