Parties are ad-idem that the issue raised in the present petition stands adjudicated by this Court in Madan Lal v. State of Himachal Pradesh and others CWP No. 3341 of 2019, decided on 4.9.2021, and as such, a direction can be issued to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of Madan Lal supra, in a time bound manner. 3. Without going into the merits of case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of Madan Lal, supra, within four weeks and release admissible benefits in favour of the petitioner, if he is found to be similarly situate. Needless to add, authority concerned shall afford opportunity of 2025:HHC:18142 hearing to the petitioner, and pass speaking order thereafter.
