No. 20957 of 2014, the respondents were directed to consider the representations of the petitioners and pass necessary orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the order, subject to the petitioners submitting representations individually to the official respondents within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the order, and the respondents were required to pass necessary orders within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter. It is submitted that the orders have been complied with and the necessary orders have been passed on 07.12.2024. The orders passed by the respondent authorities are disputed by the petitioners, stating that the orders were passed by the Secretary of the Zilla Grandhalaya Samastha, and that the District Collector ought to have passed the orders. 2. 3.
