HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 3152 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner alleges the willful disobedience of the order dated 03.03.2025 passed by the writ court in Writ A no.2460 of 2025 whereby the writ court directed the respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2024 which was filed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition by a reasoned and speaking order. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though the said order has been passed on 23.04.2025 however, there are certain discrepancies in the order because of which the petitioner is aggrieved and therefore the order has not been passed in the letter and spirit of the order passed by the writ court. Having considered the aforesaid and looking into the admitted fact that in pursuance of a direction issued by the writ court, the representation of the petitioner has already been decided on 23.04.2025, this Court does not find that there is any merit in the petition which is accordingly, dismissed, however, in case if the petitioner is aggrieved, needless to say he has the remedy of assailing the said order before appropriate forum.
