According to him, he was given a contract for road construction work, which he completed to the satisfaction of concerned authority; however, payment due to him has not been released. 3. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that whatever work was done by petitioner under the contract, payment therefor has been released to him. He submits that petitioner alleges that some extra work was done by him on the asking of the concerned authorities, but he could not establish the said fact before the authorities concerned. 4. This Court cannot go into the disputed questions of fact. The relief as prayed cannot be granted. 5. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to approach the competent Court of law.
