This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "a) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.3 to execute Recovery Certificate No I/244892/ 2025 dated 21.08.2025 issued in Complaint No.LKO162/02/50615/2020, annexed herewith as Annexure No.1 in time bound manner. b) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite party no.1 to take action against the Opposite party no.4 as per prescription made under Section 63 of RERA Act, 2016 n time bound manner. c) To issue any other order or direction in favour of petitioner and against the opposite parties which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper for the sake of justice. " 4.
