Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the opposite parties and perused the record. Instant writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs :- "A. To Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.1 to consider and decide the representation 8.9.2025 (Annexure no.1) of the petitioner in stipulated time. B. To issue writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the opposite parties and pay the balance amount of arrear of salary with interest @ 12%per annum from the date of actual payment." Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has moved a representation before the opposite parties on 08-09-2025, but, the same has not been decided as yet. He submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the authority concerned to decide the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties have no objection to the contentions aforesaid. Be that as it may and without entering into the merits of the case, the opposite party no. 1 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, while fetching all the relevant documents, if required from opposite party no. 2, within period of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anshuman Srivastava, Manoj Kumar Awasthi, Ruved Kamal Kidwai Counsel for Respondent(s) : Ashwini Kumar Ojha Prem Kumar Srivastava .....Petitioner(s) Member Secy.
