Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI thereby quashing the impugned order dated 19.9.2025 issued by the Tehsildar, Tehsil Payagpur, District Bahriach. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding the Opp. Party No. 2 to 4 not to demolish the house of the petitioner from the land gata No.63 rakaba 0.0080 hec. Situated at village Jaisora, pargana and Tehsil Payagpur, District Bahraich till disposal of the recall application dated 3.6.2025, which is still pending." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that a recall application has already been filed by the petitioner, which is said to be pending and, the orders for demolition during the pendency of the recall application have been withdrawn. 4.
