JADA SRAVAN KUMAR Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1. 3 RRR, J C.R.P.No.1587 of 2025 The Court made the following order: The petitioner herein moved O.S.No.56 of 2024, before the learned I Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Visakhapatnam, for declaration that there she is the sole legal heir of her mother and for consequential relief against the defendants from interfering with the possession of the suit schedule property. 2. The petitioner has now filed the present Civil Revision Petition, seeking early disposal of the suit on the ground that she is aged about 70 years and that she is entitled for early disposal of the suit as a senior citizen. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon a Judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in this regard. 4. The observations of the Hon’ble Supreme Court are to the effect that suits of senior citizens are to be given precedence and priority. These observations cannot be taken to mean that suits filed senior citizens are to be disposed of immediately. 5. In the circumstances, I do not find any reason to pass any orders in this Civil Revision Petition and it is accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
