The factual matrix in the present case is that the petitioner submits that the land bearing No.683m measuring 0.0760 hectare belonging to him is being encroached upon by the District Magistrate for the purpose of constructing a multipurpose hall. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-District Magistrate has categorically submitted that they have neither encroached upon the property of the petitioner nor do they have any intention of using the property of the petitioner for the purpose of creation of the multipurpose hall. 4. This undertaking is recorded in Court today. 5. In the light of the above submissions, no cause of action remains and the writ petition is disposed of.
