We have heard Shri Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned Chief Standing Counsel for respondents No. 1 to 4, Shri Shivam Sharma, learned counsel for respondent No. 5. 3. Grievance raised in the writ petition filed in public interest is regarding running of certain Institutions at Primary level and Intermediate level without having recognition from the competent authorities. 4. Counsel for the respondents state that the same issue is engaging the attention of this Court in Public Interest Litigation No. 542 of 2024 (Iddu vs. State of U.P.). He also invites out attention towards an order dated 05.08.2025 issued by Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, U.P. Government, Prayagraj whereby various directions have been issued in pursuance of the order passed in the said PIL. 5. In view of above, we are of the opinion that there is no need to entertain more Public Interest Litigations on the same issue. We leave it open to the petitioner to seek intervention in the said PIL, if so advised. 6. The petition stands disposed of. September 26, 2025 Mukesh Kr.
