The said school is categorised as durgam. Petitioner contends that after serving at durgam places for than 27 years, she has earned a right to be considered for transfer to a sugam place. Reliance is placed on the relevant provisions of Transfer Act. (3) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that similar issue was dealt with by this Court in WPSS No. 1825 of 2025, therefore this writ petition also deserves to be decided in terms of the judgment rendered in the said writ petition. (4) Learned State Counsel concedes that the issue involved in the present case is identical to the one decided in WPSS No. 1825 of 2025 (5) Accordingly, this writ petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 7.11.2025, rendered in WPSS No. 1825 of 2025.
