It is pointed out that for the protection of the properties of the petitioner, he would have a proper forum to approach the District Magistrate under Rule 22(2) of the Uttar Pradesh Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2014. 3. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case we direct the District Magistrate, Bulandshahr to decide the application which has been filed before him on 28.11.2024, after hearing the petitioner and all the stake holders within a period of 15 days from the presentation of a certified copy of this order. 5.
