No. 2 of 2024 The instant application has been moved by the petitioner seeking to correct the array of parties and impleading the heirs of deceased respondent no. 10 namely Chirangi who died on 24.08.2024 during the pendency of the revision and her legal heirs Smt. Jyoti is sought to be impleaded as respondent nos. 10/1. It is also prayed that the original contesting respondent namely Sri Visheshwar had also died during the pendency of the revision. His sons were brought on record, however, inadvertently one of the sons of Visheshwar namely Vickram had died during his lifetime, accordingly, the son of Vickram namely Sunil (Grandson) of Visheshwar also inadvertently have been left out and he is permitted to be impleaded as respondent no. 16. Considering the aforesaid and noticing that the application is formal in nature, accordingly, there does not appear to be any legal impediment in allowing the same, consequently, the application shall stands allowed. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall carry out the necessary corrections by tomorrow, i.e. 11th February, 2025. List this matter day after tomorrow, i.e. 12th February, 2025, as fresh.
