Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the third respondent would consider the report of the Revenue Divisional Officer and pass orders after conducting an inquiry. 3. Subject to the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to conduct an inquiry and issue orders in relation to the proceedings dated 08.02.2025 of the Sub Collector. As indicated above, before issuing an order, an opportunity should be provided to all the pattadars whose names find a place in the proceedings of the Sub Collector. No costs.
