B Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam as well as Mr. S. Das, the learned Amicus Curiae appearing for the respondent No.2. 2. This application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 has been filed praying for condonation of 53 days delay in preferring the connected Criminal Revision Petition. 3. Mr. Das has objected to this application by stating that the delay has been satisfactorily explained on day-to-day basis. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. This Court is of the opinion that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. Therefore, the said delay is condoned. The IA stands allowed. 6. Registry is directed to register the connected Criminal Revision Petition and list it for admission hearing. This interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of.
