In view of the same, Mr. M.Z. Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will pursue his remedy before the concerned Court. As such, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands closed with the further direction that the interim order passed on 31.07.2025 may be extended for another 15 (fifteen) days so as to enable the petitioner to avail his remedy within the said period.
