However, he would submit that as the applicant is in jail since 30-09-2023 and in the trial only 7 witnesses have been examined till date out of 22 witnesses, therefore the learned trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial. 2. The submission made by learned counsel for the applicant has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the State. 3. On the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
