(ii) The parties are directed to remain present before the Sub-Divisional Officer Uniyara, District Tonk on 24.03.2025 at 10:30 am to participate in the further proceedings. (iii) The respondent-Bank shall refund the auction amount paid by the respondent no.5-Shri Omprakash alongwith interest within a period of four weeks from today.” Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
