The present criminal revision has been filed challenging the judgment and order dated 29.02.2020 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Haridwar in Misc. Criminal Case No. 276 of 2018, whereby interim maintenance of Rs. 3000/ - per month has been awarded in favour of the wife. 5. Heard learned counsel for respondent no. 2 and perused the record. 6. After hearing the learned counsel for respondent no. 2 and after perusing the record, this Court does not find any infirmity in the impugned judgment and order dated judgment and order dated 29.02.2020 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Haridwar in Misc.
