Heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the material available on record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(I) To issue a writ, order or direction in the Nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party No.2 to 4 to take action against the private respondents and remove their encroachment over the Gaon Sabha land gata No. 199/0.1260 hect. situated at village Kaymaspur, Tehsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur recorded as Banjar land in the revenue record and to restore the nature of land as was existing prior to encroachment of the private respondents." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P Revenue Code have been initiated and are pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the authority concerned to decide the pending cases with all expedition within the time, as prescribed in the statute i.e. 90 days, in accordance with law.
