Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 19.10.2023 whereby the application/objection filed by the petitioner to the maintainability of the divorce application was rejected on the ground that the said issue can be decided after the exchange of pleadings. 3. Considering the impugned order, which merely records that all the issues including the maintainability will be decided at the time of trial after exchange of pleadings, I do not see any reason to interfere in the said order.
