(Oral) Petitioner herein, who is working as Drawing Master at GMS Upper Behli u/c GSSS Mahadev, District Mandi is aggrieved by order dated 4.6.2025 (Annexure P-1), whereby he has been transferred from afore station to GSSS Jahal, District Mandi. 2. Though, it has been averred on behalf of the petitioner that he has completed normal tenure of posting, but on account of his compelling family circumstances, his transfer is required to be cancelled. Petitioner states that parents of petitioner are old aged and suffering from various ailments and there is none to take care of them. Petitioner has filed representation to the competent authority, which has been forwarded by Principal concerned to respondent No.3 but till date same has not been decided. 2025:HHC:18126 3. Notice. Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Mr. Kahol states that though petitioner has completed his normal tenure at present place, but yet the representation filed by petitioner shall be decided by competent authority in a time bound manner. 4. Consequently, present petition is disposed of, with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner forwarded by Principal, whereby request has been made for suitable adjustment, enabling petitioner to take care of his old aged parents, within ten days from today. Needless to say, authority concerned, shall take note of CGP-2013 and adverse family circumstances of petitioner, while doing needful in terms of this order. Petitioner shall be given opportunity of hearing and a speaking order shall be passed thereupon. 6. Till the time representation is decided, petitioner shall not be compelled to join at the transferred station. Petition stands disposed of in afore terms, alongwith all pending applications.
