Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 09.10.2024 whereby the powers of the petitioner as Gram Pradhan were ceased under Section 95(1)(g) of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act pending the final enquiry. 2. A supplementary affidavit has been filed undertaking that the final enquiry has already been concluded and the petitioner has been exonerated from all charges. The said affidavit is taken on record. 3. In view of the said, the financial and administrative powers of the petitioner shall stand restored, however, the same shall be subject to any further order that may be passed after considering the final enquiry report by the respondents. 4. Order dated 09.10.2024 is quashed. 5. Financial and administrative powers of the petitioner shall stand restored. 6. Present petition is accordingly allowed.
