Rangnath Kotalwar died on 01.12.2024. By the present application, applicant nos.1A to 1C, who claimed to be the sole legal heirs of the deceased – Bhaskar, pray to permit them to represent deceased Bhaskar as legal representatives. It is contended that there is delay of 55 days in filing this application. The applicants pray to condone the delay and allow the application. 2.
