Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for respondents No.1 & 2 submits that the petitioner is entitled to the payment of an amount of Rs. 10,70,000/- approximately, out of which an amount Rs. 90,000/- stands paid. He further submits that the balance amount will surely be paid within a period of six weeks from today. His statement is taken on record. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:3276 2. Accordingly, these proceedings are disposed of with the observation that the balance amount be positively paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, failing which, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present proceedings by filing an appropriate application.
