At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has raised a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. on the ground that for the relief(s) sought, the applicant has statutory remedy of filing the revision. On being asked, learned ocunsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the appliaction with liberty to the applicant to file revision before appropriate court. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with the application to the learned counsel for the applicant as per rules.
