Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application under Section 482 of the BNSS has been filed praying for pre-arrest bail to the petitioner namely, Laket Ali @ Tara Ali, in respect of Namtola P.S. Case No.20/2025 under Section 303(2)/325 of BNS, R/W
Page No.# 2/3 Sec. 13(1) of Assam Cattle Preservation Act (Corresponding to G.R. No.174/2025). 3. This court vide order dated 04.08.2025, extended the privilege of pre- arrest bail to the petitioner subject to the condition that the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer and co-operate with the investigation of the case. 4. Mr. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the charge-sheet in the matter has been submitted. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had appeared before the Investigating Officer and had co-operated with the investigation of the case. 6. It having not been brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has misused the liberty of pre-arrest bail granted to him by this court vide order dated 04.08.2025, this court is of the considered view that the interim bail granted to the petitioner be made absolute. 7. Accordingly interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 04.08.2025 is made absolute, subject to the following conditions; (i) The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the date so fixed by it in the matter. (ii) The petitioner shall not remain absent without due and proper cause. (iii) The petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with
Page No.# 3/3 the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court. 8. With the above observations and directions the present anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
