Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the third respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that action would be taken on the petitioner's application after issuing notice to the other legal heirs of the late Mr.Velu. 3. The legal heirship certificate discloses the names of four legal heirs, including the petitioner. Therefore, it is necessary to issue notice to the other legal heirs. It is also necessary to issue notice to owners of adjoining lands. 4.
