In pursuance of the order dated 03.01.2025, the District Magistrate, Unnao is present before the Court along with the original records. It has been pointed out by the State counsel that the issue regarding correction of map has been sorted out at the end of the State-Authorities. The State-Authorities have also registered the case with the Court of District Collector, Unnao bearing No. 120 of 2024 wherein notices have been issued to the affected tenure-holders including the present petitioner and it has been assured by the District Magistrate, Unnao who is present in person that he shall expeditiously consider the matter and decide the same strictly in accordance with law. It has been informed that the matter is listed on 09.01.2025. Considering the aforesaid stand and the fact which is reflected from the records presented before the Court, apparently, the relief as sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner stands duly met and at this stage there is no grievance. Considering the aforesaid and in light of the aforesaid, the present petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either of the parties on merits and the court concerned shall decide the same strictly in accordance with law.
