It was brought to the notice of this Court by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation that earlier, questioning G.O.Ms.No.31, dated 03.08.2020 which is impugned in the present writ petition, few other writ petitions (W.P.No.13868 of 2020 and W.P.No.24235 of 2020) were filed, which were dismissed as infructuous as the cause would not survive for further adjudication. 3. In view of the same, the present writ petition is also dismissed as infructuous.There shall be no order as to costs.
