Accordingly, these proceedings are closed, with the observation that let the commuted amount be paid to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today and as far as pension is concerned, monthly pension be paid to the petitioner, regularly from the month of January, 2025 and arrears thereof be cleared within a period of six weeks from today.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain grievances of the petitioner still stand unredressed. On his request, the petitioner is granted liberty that in case there are any unredressed grievance of the petitioner then he may approach the Court afresh by way of writ etc., if so advised.
4. The petition stands disposed of in above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
