This is an application for impleadment of the necessary party respondents in the instant writ petition who are stated to be successful candidates in the selection for the post of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Doctors. The list of the proposed respondents has been given in Para-14 of the instant Application. 2025:MLHC:995 3 2. There is no objection on the part of the official respondents. Accordingly, the names of the persons indicated at Para – 14 shall be impleaded as the respondents No. 4 – 54 in the instant writ application. 3. As there is a question of the correct addresses of the persons, Mr. N. Syngkon, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to serve them through the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the MPSC. 4. Mr. B. Snaitang, learned counsel on behalf of the respondent No. 3/MPSC on this prayer prays for and is allowed some time to obtain instructions. 5. The Misc. Case stands allowed and the Registry is directed to make changes in the Cause Title incorporating the said respondents as party respondents.
