HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5887 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Notice on behalf of the respondent No.2 has been accepted by Shri Satyajit Banerji, learned counsel for the Insurance Company. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioners seek expeditious disposal of Claim Petition No.160/2021, pending before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sultanpur. 3. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that several dates have been fixed and the respondents are not cooperating. Hence, an expedite order be passed. 4. Having considered the aforesaid submissions as well as from a perusal of the material on record including the extracts of the order-sheets which have been placed on record as Annexure No.2, this Court does not find that there are accentuating circumstances by this Court to entertain the petition and to pass an expedite order at this stage. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition which is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned. In case, such an application is moved needless to say the same shall be considered and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 5. It is also clarified that mere dismissal of petition may not be construed as an impediment for the petitioners in case if any cause for expediting a claim petition of the year 2021 arises in future.
