Learned A.G.A., who is present for the State, on instructions, states that the victim has been recovered, her statement has been recorded. In this case. final report has been prepared and submitted before the supervisory authority on 15.01.2025. 4. In view thereof, no further orders can be passed in the present writ petition as no one is present for the petitioner. 5. The writ petition is consigned to record.
