Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the Learned Trial court to conclude trial in Case No. 6785/2022, "State Verses Nafees", in FIR No. 03/2021, U/Ss. 498 A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and ¼ D.P. Act, P.S Mahila Thana, District-Sultanpur pending before CJ (J.D.), Court No. 28, Sultanpur expeditiously within such period as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to the year 2022. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned Case No. 6785/2022 expeditiously in accordance with law.
