GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rdrespondentsinnot completing investigation and not filing final- report/charge-sheet in Crime No. 19 of 2023 dated 23-01-2023, for the alleged offences under Sections 420,506 R/w 34 of I.P.C. on the file of Prakash Nagar Police Station, Rajamahendravaram even after more than two years as illegal, contrary to law, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents to complete the investigation and to file final-report/charge- 2 sheet in Crime No. 19 of 2023 dated 23-01-2023, for the alleged offences under Sections 420,506 R/w 34 of I.P.C. on the file of Prakash Nagar Police Station, Rajamahendravaram within a stipulated time frame.” 2.
