The present Writ Petition relates thereto. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that four of the pattadars, namely, shanthi, Rajapandi, Sumathi and Surya executed a release deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of 26.50 ares in Survey No.262/3A. 3. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He submits that an inquiry would be conducted after issuing notice to all the pattadars and owners of adjoining lands. 4.
