Learned counsel for the appellant submits that, in the similar connected Miscellaneous First Appeals arising out of the same Notification of Acquisition, the Division Bench of this Court in MFA.No.2497/2019 clubbed with MFA.No.2527/2019 and 2621/2019 passed an order on 21.04.2025 remanding the said appeals to the Reference Court for fresh consideration as per law. 3. As the similarly connected Miscellaneous First Appeals are remanded to the Reference Court for fresh consideration as per law, as this appeal also arises under the same Notification, in view of the judgment of the Division - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:25156 MFA No. 2689 of 2019 Bench of this Court dated 21.04.2025 passed in the aforesaid MFA's, this appeal is allowed. 4. This appeal is remitted back to the Reference Court for fresh consideration as per law. As ordered by the Division Bench of this Court, the learned Reference Court is directed to expedite the matter and conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
