H. Saikia, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. B. Sharma, learned Addl. P.P., Assam for the State. The learned Addl. P.P. submits that the charge-sheet has been laid in the instant case vide Charge-sheet No.180/25 dated 19.08.2025. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this Bail Application on the ground that the petitioners may pursue their remedy before the appropriate court of law. Prayer is allowed. The Bail Application is disposed of on withdrawal with the direction that the interim order passed by this Court on 31.07.2025 may be extended for another 15 days time for giving an opportunity to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy during the said period.
