This is an application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Zarid Hussain, who has been arrested on 24.07.2025 Page No.# 2/2 in connection with Geetanagar P.S. Case No. 44/2025 under Section 69 of the BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Geetanagar P.S. Case No. 44/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 47/2025 dated 30.07.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Geetanagar P.S. Case No. 44/2025. 5. Accordingly, this bail application stands disposed of. 6. The copy of the report dated 11.08.2025 submitted before the Court by the S.I. of Geetanagar Police Station be kept as part of the record.
