HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5883 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Regular Suit No.185/2020 pending in the Court of Civil Judge South (Junior Division), Room No.24, District Sultanpur. 3. Having considered the aforesaid, this Court does not find that there are accentuating circumstances which may persuade this Court to entertain the petition and pass an order directing the trial Court to decide the matter in some time frame. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant petition which is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate Court for his grievance, which needless to say shall be considered on its own merits. 4. It is also clarified that mere dismissal of this petition may not come in the way of the petitioner in case if any cause for expedition relating to a suit of the year 2020 arises in future.
