Heard learned counsel for the revisionists, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionists has stated at the Bar that the charge in Case Crime No. 346 of 2020, under Sections 452, 307, 506 and 120B I.P.C. has already been framed against the revisionists and the trial has commenced. 3. Under the circumstances, the present revision has lost it relevance. However, it shall remain open to the revisionists to take appropriate legal remedy in accordance with law, if so advised. 4. The present revision stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
