(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No. 256 of 2024, under Sections 329(4), 62 the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (bail rejection order also mentions Sections 420, 467, 468, 120B IPC), Police Station Rajpur, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, have already been granted anticipatory bail; one of the co-accused has been granted bail by the trial court. 4. These facts are admitted by learned State Counsel. 2 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
