Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, District-Pratapgarh tò expedite the proceedings of the Case No. 82 of 2024 "State Versus Rohit Yadav and others" arising out of Case Crime No. 305 of 2023 Under Sections 498-A, 323,506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act Police Station-Kunda, District- Pratapgarh pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, District-Pratapgarh and conclude and decide the trial of the aforesaid case within a period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice.. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to the year 2024. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid.
