He submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer would dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto including the 4th respondent. 3.In view of the above submissions, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the 4th respondent in this writ petition. Instead, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto.
