Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sachin Upadhyay, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. The present petition is filed against the order dated 15.09.2023, whereby the revision preferred by the petitioner was dismissed. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that after passing of the order impugned, in terms of the policy decision dated 21.12.2023, benefits have been granted to the various builders and the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the amounts, which may be demanded by the respondent in terms of the Government Order dated 21.12.2023. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the amount outstanding against the petitioner is Rs.22,72,04,681/-, which is acceptable to the petitioner. 5. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent No.2 along with an application and the amount as agreed to be paid, within a period of three weeks. In case, the amount is tendered and the same is found to be adequate by respondent No.2 in terms of the Government Order dated 21.12.2023, the respondent authority shall pass orders restoring the property to the petitioner in accordance with law within further period of four weeks, ignoring the impugned order dated 15.09.2023.
